These Terms govern use of the afishent B2B platform at afishent.ai, dev.afishent.ai, and related hosts (the "Platform") by authorized users of subscribing advisory firms. "We," "us," and "our" mean doubletheWHY LLC, the legal operator described below.

Who operates afishent
doubletheWHY LLC, an Illinois company, is the legal operator of the afishent B2B platform: it provides the software, enters agreements with subscribing advisory firms, and contracts with telecommunications and other subprocessors (including Twilio). afishent is the product brand at afishent.ai. This is separate from the doublethewhy.com consulting and publishing site — afishent legal terms and privacy are published only on afishent.ai.
1. Acceptance
By signing in, accepting an invitation, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Licensed users only
- Access is invitation-based or domain-allowlisted for a subscribing organization ("Firm").
- Each user must be an authorized employee or contractor of the Firm.
- End clients and prospects are not Platform subscribers unless stated in a separate agreement.
- You may not use the Platform for consumer mass-marketing unrelated to your advisory practice.
3. Platform services
afishent provides relationship intelligence, CRM-adjacent workflows, integrations, and optional Rainmaker telecommunications (assigned business numbers, SMS and voice routing, optional transactional SMS to an advisor's verified mobile).
4. Rainmaker SMS and voice
- Twilio SMS in the pilot is for licensed Platform users only (e.g. debrief SMS to your verified mobile). afishent does not send SMS to your end clients through Twilio. See SMS program.
- Rainmaker numbers may support voice and inbound routing; that is separate from outbound A2P SMS to client phone numbers.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Licensed users who receive transactional SMS may reply STOP or HELP; resubscribe keywords are described on the SMS program page.
- Delivered through Twilio, Inc. and underlying carriers under contract.
5. Firm responsibilities
- Maintain accurate CRM data and lawful processing bases.
- Configure integrations only with Firm authority.
- Do not bypass security controls or access other tenants' data.
- afishent is a relationship tool — not investment advice.
6. Development hosts
dev.afishent.ai is for testing. Do not use staging for live client telecommunications unless the Firm authorizes it.
